PBS, or Phosphate-Buffered-Saline is an isotonic salt solution ideal for maintaining a pH of 7.4 in a number of microbiological applications.
This 1X PBS is prepared using only Molecular Biology Grade chemicals and does not contain Calcium or Magnesium. It is sterile for direct use in cell culture.
