This buffer contains 50mM sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 300 mM sodium chloride, and 20mM imidazole with 0.5% Tween-20, pH 8.0. This buffer is a pre-made solution optimized to reduce non-specific binding of proteins during wash steps when purifying histidine containing proteins.
