This control IgG preparation is intended for use in reducing background activity of primary antibodies made in goat. Supplied as a lyophilized IgG protein that contains all IgG subclasses. Following resolubilization in distilled water or PBS, this control antibody can be used for direct application to the tissue section following dilution at the same concentration as the primary antibody to determine if the staining in immunohistology is specific for the antigen or is nonspecific.
