Amaranthus caudatus Lectin (ACL/ACA) - Separopore® 4B

Price: Regular price $126.30
Product Description
Affinity-purified Amaranthus caudatus (ACL/ACA) is a dimer glycoprotein made up of two subunits. ACL has preferential specificity to oliogsacharrides containing the galactosyl disacharride Galβ3GalNAc. ACL tolerates sialic acid substitution at the 3 position of galactose in the “T†antigen. It does not have specificity for blood groups but does have a higher affinity for type O erythrocytes over B and A. Affinity purified Amaranthus caudatus Lectin (ACL/ACA) is immobilized to Separopore® 4B following CNBr coupling. The final product is stabilized in a buffer to retain maximum activity. The gel can be packed in 1 mL or 5mL.
