Lycopersicon esculentum Lectin (LEL/LEA) - FITC (Fluorescein)

Price: Regular price $290.84
Product Description
Affinity-purified Lycopersicon esculentum (Tomato) Lectin (LEL/LEA) is labeled with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) and has an appropriate number of fluorochromes bound to provide the optimum staining characteristics for this lectin. FITC conjugates have been used in a variety of immunohistochemical and flow cytometry applications.
Tomato Lectin (LEL, TL) is a very stable single subunit glycoprotein containing about 50 percent arabinose and galactose. FITC labeled LEL binds to glycophorin and Tamm-Horsfall glycoprotein and has been used to label vascular endothelium in mouse and rats.
