Griffonia simplicifolia Lectin (GSL I+II) - Pure
Price: Regular price $196.65
Product Description
Griffonia simplicifolia lectin (GSL I+II) is affinity purified from a woody climbing shrub native to Africa and consists of both GSL I and GSL II. This lectin shows a greater specificity for blood group B than for blood group A1. GSL I+II interacts with pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells but does not readily interact with pulmonary arterial endothelial cells. This binding pattern has been effectively used to enrich cell populations in vitro, exhibiting functional behaviors similar to those observed in vivo.
Recommended Usage: Recommended dilutions of 0.5 – 10 μg / ml in 1XPBS pH 7.4. Rabbit /Human erythrocytes will agglutinate by 1 - 20 μg / ml of GSLI+II.
